By downloading, installing, or using CamSecAI GO, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the software.
CamSecAI GO is licensed on a one device, one user basis.
Each organization is permitted to connect a maximum of two (2) cameras per licensed device.
The license is non-transferable and may not be shared across multiple devices or users without explicit authorization.
CamSecAI GO provides a 2-hour free trial for evaluation purposes.
After the trial period expires, continued usage requires an active paid subscription.
Features may be limited or disabled if the subscription is inactive or expired.
CamSecAI GO does NOT store facial images or biometric data on our servers.
All face recognition and image processing occur locally on the customer's device.
CamSecAI GO only processes essential metadata required for system functionality.
We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023, and applicable data protection regulations.
All data generated by CamSecAI GO is owned by the customer and stored locally on the customer's system.
Data is protected using strong encryption mechanisms.
If data is deleted by the customer, CamSecAI GO cannot restore image data.
Upon request, we may provide the encryption key, but image or facial data recovery is not possible.
Customers are strongly advised to take regular daily backups. The local database already supports backup mechanisms.
Users are solely responsible for:
• Lawful use of cameras and surveillance systems
• Obtaining required consents and permissions under applicable local, state, and national laws
• Ensuring compliance with privacy and surveillance regulations
CamSecAI GO shall not be used for unlawful monitoring or unauthorized data collection.
CamSecAI GO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or system misuse. Use of the software is entirely at the user's own risk.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of CamSecAI GO after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if the software is used in violation of these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.
CamSecAI GO is designed to deliver high-accuracy recognition performance, with accuracy levels of up to 99% under optimal conditions.
However, users acknowledge and agree that:
• Accuracy may vary based on camera quality, lighting conditions, camera angle, image clarity, and environmental factors.
• The software may occasionally misclassify, fail to recognize, or incorrectly identify individuals.
• CamSecAI GO is intended to assist operational processes such as attendance and access logging and should not be used as the sole basis for critical decisions.
CamSecAI GO does not guarantee 100% accuracy and shall not be held liable for actions, decisions, or outcomes based solely on system-generated results.
CamSecAI GO is provided exclusively as a direct-to-customer software product.
CamSecAI GO does not appoint, authorize, or engage any system integrators (SI), dealers, distributors, resellers, or third-party agents for sales, deployment, licensing, or support.
Resale, redistribution, white-labeling, bundling, or offering CamSecAI GO as part of managed or hosted services is strictly prohibited.
Any representation, pricing, commitments, or warranties made by unauthorized third parties are not binding on CamSecAI.
System integrator and dealer partnerships, if any, will apply only to CamSecAI Pro and will be governed by separate agreements and updated terms upon its official launch.
